Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed within five (5) business days.
  • Shipment or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. In the event an order is placedon weekends or holidays, shipment will be processed on the next business day
  • Estimated shipping rates for a handbag sized item is approximately MYR 20 - MYR 40 excluding shipment insurance which is borne by the customer.
  • For customers in peninsular Malaysia, the estimated delivery timeline is within 1 to 2 businessdays. For customers in Sabah and Sarawak, the estimated delivery timeline is within 2 to 3 business days.
  • You will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number through your registered email address once we have processed your shipment1
