Refund policy
- Items can be returned within 3 days only after collection is made.
- items can be only returned if product / size specification does not match the product details given by ICON Luxe.
- Returns are not allowed for customers who purchased in our offline store. Customers are responsible to inspect before purchase.
- Only valid if the item is returned in good condition and complete set as purchased.
- In case of a counterfeit claim, valid proof must be provided, strictly via an Entrupy authentication certificate only. We will provide a 100% refund. Payment will be disbursed within 30 working days upon agreement from both parties.
